My name’s Lauren, I’m a 22 year old university student in the UK.  I like reading, writing and watching television.

I have participated in, and won, the National Novel Writing Month six times, and am currently in the process of attempting to edit last year’s so that I can self publish with Createspace, who offer free proof copies to all winners, and then let them list it for sale, just to see what happens.

This blog forms part of my assessment for my second year, and will be about various areas of writing, including writing, editing and publishing, as well as reviews of events such as writers’ talks and hopefully even some interviews.
